The e-commerce website of Amuuso, Group Power BV, a BV with registered office at Gustaaf Baertstraat 42, 8200 Brugge, Belgium (hereinafter "the entrepreneur") offers its customers the opportunity to purchase the products from its online store online. These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every order placed by a visitor to this e-commerce website ("Customer"). Placing an order via the online store of Amuuso ("entrepreneur") implies that the Customer has consulted these Terms and expressly accepts the applicability of these Terms, to the exclusion of all other terms. Additional terms of the Customer are excluded, unless these have been accepted in advance, in writing and expressly by Amuuso.
All prices indicated are expressed in EURO, always excluding VAT and all other taxes or duties that the customer must bear. If delivery or administrative costs are charged, this will be mentioned separately or notified by e-mail. The price indication applies exclusively to the articles as they are described textually. The accompanying photos are for decorative purposes and may contain elements that are not included in the price.
Despite the fact that the online catalogue and the e-commerce website are compiled with the greatest care, it is possible that the information provided is incomplete, contains material errors or is not up-to-date. Apparent mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur. The entrepreneur is only bound to a best-efforts obligation regarding the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. The entrepreneur is in no case liable in case of material errors, typographical or printing errors. When the customer has specific questions about e.g. sizes, colors, availability, delivery time or delivery method, we ask the customer to contact our representatives in advance. If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly mentioned in the offer. The offer is valid as long as stock lasts and can be adapted or withdrawn at any time by the entrepreneur. The entrepreneur cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product.
The agreement is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the customer of the offer and the fulfillment of the conditions imposed thereon. If the Customer has accepted the offer electronically, the entrepreneur immediately confirms electronically the receipt of the acceptance of the offer. As long as the receipt of this acceptance has not been confirmed by the entrepreneur, the Customer can terminate the agreement. If the agreement is concluded electronically, the entrepreneur takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data and ensures a secure web environment. The entrepreneur will observe the appropriate security measures for this purpose.
The data controller, Amuuso, Group Power BV, respects the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 regarding the protection of privacy in the processing of personal data. The personal data you provide will only be used for the following purposes: the execution of the concluded agreement, the processing of the order, sending newsletters, advertising and/or marketing purposes. You have a legal right to access and, if necessary, correct your personal data. With proof of identity (copy of identity card), you can obtain a written communication of your personal data free of charge by sending a written, dated and signed request to Amuuso, Group Power BV, Gustaaf Baertstraat 42, 8200 Brugge, Belgium, sales@amuuso.com. If necessary, you can also request the correction of data that would be inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant. In case of use of data for direct marketing: You can object free of charge to the use of your data for direct marketing. The Customer is responsible for keeping his login details confidential and for the use of his password. Your password is stored encrypted, so the entrepreneur does not have access to your password. These Terms are supplemented by other terms to which explicit reference is made, and the general terms of sale of the entrepreneur. In case of contradiction, these Terms prevail. The entrepreneur can modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any purchase after the modification implies an acceptance by the Customer of these new Terms.
The Customer accepts that electronic communications and backups can serve as proof.
