A flat, wide turtle that a baby holds with both hands. Each flipper carries a coloured bubble with a different relief: concentric rings in blue, ridges in yellow, waves in orange and dots in purple. In the middle of the shell sits a red button.
Pressing that red button is the whole game. The turtle plays tunes and lights up as it does; the box sums it up as pressing the tummy for tunes and light. The packaging also invites a child to discover the different textures, colours and patterns on each bubble, which is exactly what small fingers do with it.
The size suits a baby still lying on a play mat or sitting in a bouncer: everything is on the top face, nothing sticks out and the shell lies flat. The age marking on the box is 6 months and up.
A fitting gift for a birth or a first toy, and the kind of thing that often ends up in the changing bag because it lies flat and has nothing protruding.
