Madame Gazelle's classroom as a play set. The box holds eleven pieces, as the badge on the front says: five figures on a 3-inch scale, a blue table, four little chairs in yellow, green, red and purple, and an easel with a small blackboard reading ABC and 123.
The figures really do sit down on the chairs, so a child can lay the classroom out: everyone round the table for craft hour, the board next to it for Madame Gazelle's lesson, and then the whole lot knocked over because it is playtime. It is role play with familiar characters - children tend to act out their own school day, and the set leaves room for that.
The five figures are Peppa, George, Madame Gazelle and two classmates; their arms move, so they can sit at the table or point at the board. The table can be used from either side, turning from craft table into dinner table. The box states 3+.
An obvious gift for a pre-schooler who follows Peppa Pig, and usable alongside the loose Peppa figures and vehicles already in the house.
