The Pig family's yellow campervan is ready for a day at the seaside. The set counts ten pieces: the campervan itself, figures of Peppa, Mummy Pig, Daddy Pig and George - all in swimsuits or swimming trunks - and five accessories, among them a surfboard and a beach bucket with a sand mould.
On top sits a holder for the surfboard. The roof folds open to reveal two benches that lift out, so the figures can sit inside or outside on the sand. The tailgate folds down and uncovers a barbecue. The wheels turn, so the campervan drives right across the room or over the carpet.
This is role play without batteries: children make up the journey, the picnic and the dip in the sea themselves. The box states from 3 years. The figures match the other sets in the Peppa's Adventures range.
An easy-to-grasp gift for a preschooler who follows the cartoon, and big enough to play with alongside a brother or sister without running short of parts.
