A sloth in the posture you actually see the animal in: slumped, arms forward, head tipped a little upwards. The coat is long and greyish-brown, the face paler and round, with dark brown patches around the eyes and a light muzzle. The little legs end in cream-coloured claws.
Eighteen centimetres is cuddling size for small hands: big enough to hold on to firmly, small enough to go along in a backpack. The eyes are embroidered and the coat is long, which is what gives the sloth its fluffy outline.
Keeleco is the plush range of Keel Toys, a British soft-toy maker since 1947. At Keel this model goes under the name 18cm Keeleco Sloth, with the barcode 5027148061811.
A gift for anyone fond of quiet animals. He sits as well on a bed as on a desk, and sloths go down as well with children as with teenagers.
