The set holds four animals in sturdy, brightly coloured plastic: an orange-and-white corgi with a tuft of soft fur on its head, a yellow cat, a green bird and a pale blue hamster.
The three largest ones open and close again, each in its own way, and they fit inside one another — which is where the set gets its name. The hamster has teeth like a comb, so your child can brush the corgi's fur. Open, shut, apart and back together: that is the whole game.
A green clip hangs from the corgi, so the set can go on a small backpack or a belt loop. That makes it a toy for taking along rather than one that stays at home in the toy box.
