Five coloured rings and a red cap, to be stacked on a white post with a round base. The packaging says exactly that: five coloured rings and one cap to stack.
For a baby, stacking is a real undertaking — gripping the ring, aiming it over the post and letting go at the right moment. That the tower comes down again afterwards is part of it, and often the best part. Because the rings differ in size, they can later be put in order as well.
The box states 6-36 months and carries a Made in Italy label.
A classic first toy. The box spans six months to three years, and the play changes over that stretch: knocking over first, stacking and sorting later.
