Stilt cups are about as simple as a toy can get: two upturned pots, a cord on either side, and you stand on top. The trick is keeping the cords taut while you lift a foot. That rarely works first time, and that is exactly where the fun is.
The cups are plastic and about 12 cm tall, with a studded top surface for the foot to stand on. The cords run through the sides and form two loops; taking them shorter or longer adjusts them to the height of the child.
The packaging states 3+. Indoors they work on a smooth floor, outdoors on a terrace or a driveway. This is a toy that practises balance and coordination without a child noticing they are practising, and that talks two children into a contest.
The colour is supplied assorted. A small present for outdoors, or something to take along to a birthday party that still needs a game.
