Everything that sticks to your feet on the way to the ladder ends up in your water a moment later: blades of grass, sand, garden soil. The Kokido Step'n Wash foot bath catches all that on the last metre. It is a moulded basin that drops around the foot of an ordinary A-frame ladder and stays put there.
You put a little water in it, step in, rinse your feet and only then climb up. The floor is covered in round studs, and the notches in the rim are cut out for the ladder legs - the basin fits around them rather than against them.
Kokido states that this holds back grass and dirt that would otherwise end up in the pool, and that it can save some upkeep as a result. The basin is supplied in an assorted colour: Kokido makes it in green, light blue and dark blue, and you receive one of them.
Intended for above-ground pools with a standard A-frame ladder. Measure the foot of your ladder if you are unsure whether it will fit.
