The Telsa 2 from Kokido is a handheld battery vacuum that lifts sand, leaves and other sediment off the bottom of a spa or a small pool. Nothing has to be set up at the water's edge: no pump, no hose, no power socket. Screw it onto the pole, hold it under water and pick up what is lying there.
Whatever it takes up ends up in a filter inside the housing. After use you pull that filter out to empty and rinse it. At the front sits a brush head that loosens deposits first, so the suction nozzle can carry them off.
The battery runs for about 30 minutes on a full charge and takes four to six hours to recharge with the supplied USB cable. The pole comes in two aluminium sections measuring 93 cm together, enough to reach the bottom of a spa or a shallow pool from the side.
Note what this model is built for: the suction is deliberately gentle and the unit is meant for spas and compact pools. For a deep or large pool, a heavier cleaner is the better choice.
