This Kokido set seals a leak in vinyl. The pack holds a 30 ml tube of Vinyl Cement, two clear PVC patches of 152 x 92 mm and an applicator: a wire stem with a cotton tip that spreads the adhesive evenly.
Cut a piece from a patch that reaches well beyond the hole, apply the adhesive and press the whole thing firmly onto the vinyl. The adhesive can also be applied under water, so a leak in the liner of a filled pool does not mean the pool has to be drained first.
The set works on vinyl in all its forms: liners of in-ground and above-ground pools, inflatable pools, air beds, swim rings and other floats. The patches are clear, so on a coloured liner the repair stays inconspicuous.
A repair kit belongs with the standing maintenance gear of a pool or a spa: a hole in a liner or in an air bed no longer means the whole item has to be replaced.
