This solar cover belongs with the round Bestway Fast Set pools with a diameter of 244 cm. The sheet itself measures 210 cm across and so is deliberately smaller than the pool: it lies on the water, inside the inflatable ring.
The blue film is made of sturdy polyethylene. In sunshine the water underneath warms up faster, and after that the cover helps to hold that temperature longer. At the same time the surface is covered, so less leaf litter and dust blows into the pool.
There is nothing to fasten, as the cover floats by itself. You lay it on the water as soon as the swimming is over and take it off again before the next time you get in. A carry bag with an insert sheet is supplied, useful for storing the cover dry out of season.
Check the size of your own pool before you order: this format is made for Fast Set pools of 244 cm. Larger round pools have covers of their own.
