A parafoil is a kite without a frame. The fabric is made up of long cells that fill with air in the wind, so the kite takes on its wing shape by itself. This Didakites model measures 120 x 65 cm, which puts it among the smaller ones in the range.
You fly it on two lines, one in each hand. Pull on the left and the kite turns left, pull on the right and it goes right - that is the whole principle. It is how you learn your first turns, loops and figures of eight, and it is exactly what this size was put on the market for: as a kite to start on.
The flying lines are included, 2 x 30 m, and the fabric is polyester. The kite is made in several colour schemes - red-orange-yellow, blue and purple-pink are three of them - and which one you get is not settled in advance.
A present for the coast, the sea wall or a big empty meadow, for anyone who wants to start stunt kiting without committing to a large model straight away.
