This wind spinner from the Didak Beach range is built differently from the models where the animal itself turns. A blue-and-white dolphin of polyester fabric hangs from a horizontal arm, and beside it sits a round rotor with curved blue and white vanes on a black spoked frame.
The rotor catches the wind and turns; because the arm pivots on the upright rod, the whole thing swings round with the wind direction, like a weather vane. It starts moving in wind force 1 to 4. You push the rod into the ground, into a planter or into the sand.
The article measures 60 x 75 cm. The fabric is polyester and the frame is fibreglass, 6 mm thick. Setting it up amounts to standing the rod upright in the ground.
An eye-catcher for a garden, a patio or a spot by the sea, and a nice present for anyone who likes the coast and everything that moves in the wind.
