A spinning windsock in rainbow colours - that is what Didak calls a wind turbine. The polyester tube has a ring at the opening and coloured ribbons at the tail end, and the spiral of colours makes the rotation visible along its whole length.
At 195 cm this is one of the larger models. Hang it high and clear, from a flagpole or a sturdy post, so the full length can spin freely without brushing against anything. A simple swivel for attaching it is included.
Didak states polyester as the fabric, which it calls colourfast, a wind strength of 1 to 4 Beaufort, and an age from 4 years. The turbine comes in various lengths, from 30 to 255 cm; this is the 195 cm model.
