The largest Rainbow windturbine from Didak is a sizeable spinning windsock: a long polyester tube with a ring at the opening, coloured ribbons at the end, and a rainbow-coloured spiral that shows the rotation along its full length.
At 255 cm, this is the largest model in this range on the site. It needs height and open space: a flagpole or a tall, sturdy pole, far enough from hedges and walls so the full length can spin freely. A simple swivel for attaching it is included.
Didak states polyester as the fabric, which it calls colourfast, a wind strength of 1 to 4 Beaufort, and an age from 4 years. The windturbine comes in various lengths, from 30 to 255 cm; this is the 255 cm model.
For large gardens, campsites and parties where something needs to be visible from a distance, and a generous gift for anyone who already has smaller versions hanging.
