A bucket that unpacks itself: the clear lid is moulded as a row of little cakes, and underneath sits the whole ice cream parlour. Two cones in pink and light blue, two cupcake cases with the ribbed waffle rim, a set of loose swirl tops to press on, a fluted pudding mould and a blue scoop with a hole in the handle.
In wet sand it all works the same way: fill, press down, turn over, lift. What happens after that the child makes up - usually an ice cream stall, with the bucket as the counter and a row of cones along the rim. Because the tops are interchangeable, no two cakes come out alike.
The maker gives the bucket as roughly 19 cm across and 18 cm high; the lid holds everything together, which can help on the way back from the beach. The bucket has a handle, so a child carries it themselves.
A complete beach gift in packaging that is also the toy - handy for anyone looking for something that is ready straight away, with no separate parts to buy alongside.
