A plain little table at child height, with a flat top and four legs that taper outwards. Plastic through and through, with no lacquer or covering, and the same colour top and bottom.
Children find a use for it by themselves: drawing and colouring, laying out a puzzle, a picnic with the soft toys, or simply somewhere to put a glass of lemonade while the grown-ups sit at the big table. Indoors it serves just as well as outdoors.
The tables stack. Bring out a few more for a birthday party and afterwards they go back into the shed as one small pile instead of standing about separately in the way.
The model comes from the Baby line of the Italian manufacturer ProGarden. It is supplied in a random colour from the range, so you cannot pick a colour in advance.
