Tonka Mud Rescue is a compact play set built around a single metal construction vehicle stuck in the mud. The box holds the vehicle, a portion of Tonka sand, roadside accessories and a Mud Rescue medallion. The front of the pack sums it up in two steps: dig and discover first, then complete the rescue.
The digging is the game. Your child roots through the sand compound until the vehicle appears, wipes it clean and then simply drives it on across the floor. No batteries and no buttons are involved - it is digging with your hands, and then role play on the building site.
The vehicle is made with metal; the box carries the 'Made with Metal, Built Tonka Tough' label and states one set per pack. Which model and which colour you get is not fixed: the shop photo shows a blue, a green and a red truck side by side, among others. The packaging says from 3 years.
A manageable little gift for a child who likes digging and playing with construction vehicles, and a handy addition if there is already other Tonka machinery in the toy box.
