The Playmobil Wiltopia Research Tower with Compass (71008) is a playset from the Wiltopia range. The box contains a wooden lookout tower with a thatched roof, a rotating upper platform, a ladder, a removable working compass, two researcher figures, and animal figures such as orangutans, monkeys, a heron and a crocodile.
Children can let the figures climb the tower, take the compass along on expeditions, and hide the animals among the foliage and pond or hang them from the vines along the tower. The rotating platform at the top lets them look out over the jungle from the tower.
The set consists of 203 pieces. The box states an age range of 4 to 10 years; note that this differs from an age indication of 3 to 4 years given elsewhere.
A fun gift for children who love Playmobil Wiltopia or enjoy playing out stories about jungle animals and expeditions.
