The LEGO DUPLO Train Tunnel and Tracks (10425) is an expansion set that makes an existing LEGO DUPLO train layout bigger and more exciting. The box contains 20 pieces: a tunnel, 10 track pieces, a funnel element and a points switch that lets the train be sent a different way.
The set is designed as an add-on for the interactive LEGO DUPLO train sets 10427 and 10428 (sold separately) and cannot be played with on its own without a train. A toddler pushes or steers the train through the tunnel and over the switch, learning about direction and movement through play.
The large DUPLO bricks are made for young children and fit with all other LEGO DUPLO sets. The box states an age recommendation of 2 years and up.
A nice addition for anyone who already has a LEGO DUPLO train set at home, or a gift idea together with one of those base sets.
