LEGO DUPLO Deluxe Brick Box (10914) is a basic building set for the youngest builders. The box contains 85 large, colourful DUPLO bricks and pieces: a car, windows, flowers, balloons, gifts, a cake and bricks numbered 1 to 5. The box itself has a lid shaped like an 8-stud DUPLO brick, so it also works as a storage box for all the pieces.
Your toddler builds a house, an animal or something entirely their own with the large, easy-to-grip bricks, recognising familiar shapes like the car and the cake along the way. Because there's no instruction booklet with one fixed model, there's room for free play and imagination, together with a parent or grandparent if you like.
The set includes 85 pieces and is intended from 18 months. The bricks are made of sturdy plastic and connect with other LEGO DUPLO sets, so the collection can keep growing later on. The storage box keeps all the loose pieces neatly together after playtime.
Thanks to the large pieces and playful number bricks, this is a nice first building set, and the box makes it a handy gift too: unpack, play, and tidy everything away again in the same box afterwards.
