The LEGO Classic Blue Baseplate (set 11025) is a square studded baseplate that serves as a foundation on which loose LEGO bricks are built into a fixed structure. The plate itself measures approximately 25 x 25 cm and has 32 x 32 studs, enough space for a house, a landscape or an entire scene.
The box shows a lighthouse, a small boat and animal figures for inspiration, but these models are not included in the package: you only receive the blue baseplate itself. Children use it to set up their own builds from other LEGO sets or to keep building without the model falling apart.
The baseplate is compatible with standard LEGO bricks and sets, making it a handy addition to an existing LEGO collection. The box states an age rating of 4+.
This baseplate makes a nice gift for a child who already collects LEGO and is looking for a sturdy base to build on, for example as an addition to a set or as a small extra.
