LEGO Friends Olivia's Space Academy (41713) is a building set with a space theme, made up of 757 LEGO pieces. The box includes a Space Shuttle on a launch platform, a space station with rotating planet models and a training device with a spinning ring, plus four minifigures: William, Dr. Vidya, Julian and Olivia.
Children build the parts themselves and can then use them for role play: "launching" the shuttle, having the minifigures train in the spinning device, or having them work at the space station with its small satellite dish and telescope. The set invites kids to make up stories around a crewed space mission.
The box states an age of 8 years and up. It is a building and collectible set from the LEGO Friends line, with the familiar small LEGO pieces that are not suitable for very young children.
A fun gift for children who love building, space and role play, and for anyone already familiar with the LEGO Friends characters.
