LEGO DREAMZzz Mateo and Z-Blob the Knight Battle Mech (71485) is a building set from the LEGO DREAMZzz range, with 1,333 pieces and four minifigures: the heroes Mateo and Logan and their dark counterparts MadTeo and Dogan. The set also includes a raven figure and a collectible dream jar.
The mech has an opening cockpit, wings and boosters, and comes equipped with a sword, a shield, a spear and two shooters that fire 6-stud darts. It's designed so that it can be rebuilt into three different mech variants, each with its own look and set of weapons.
Kids first build the mech themselves and then act out adventures from the LEGO DREAMZzz series, in which the heroes take on their evil mirror-world counterparts. Thanks to the rebuildable design, the set stays interesting well beyond the first build.
With 1,333 parts, this is a building set for older children, from 10 years according to the box, and a fun gift for fans of the LEGO DREAMZzz TV series or of building sets with a large robot model.
