LEGO Ninjago Kai's Mech Storm Rider (set number 71830) is a building set from the Dragons Rising line, with 333 bricks. The large combined vehicle is built as a mech and a flying motorcycle joined together, and once built can be split into two separate toy vehicles.
Children first build the whole thing, then act out scenes from the third season of the Ninjago Dragons Rising series: Kai's mech can move and carry weapons, while Nya's motorcycle can fly off separately for its own chase. The set includes 3 minifigures: Kai, Nya and a Dragonian Warrior, each with their own weapons and accessories.
The box states an age recommendation from 7 years. With 333 parts, this is a mid-sized building project, suitable for children who already have some building experience or who build together with an adult.
With its combination of building fun, a toy vehicle that splits apart, and three minifigures, this is a fun gift for fans of the Ninjago series.
