LEGO Super Mario Prince Florian & Castle Bowser 72042 is a 1,251-piece brick set that builds a large, movable Castle Bowser model, inspired by Super Mario Bros. Wonder. The set also includes the play figures Prince Florian, Pink Yoshi, a Fiery Note Piranha and Wonder Bowser Jr.
Once built, the Bowser castle can move and launch a small fireball, and the model has an interior with a cell where Prince Florian can be imprisoned. This lets you re-enact one of the well-known boss battles from the Super Mario games, or display the model on a shelf.
The box for this building set measures 37.8 x 35.1 x 12 cm and weighs 1.89 kg. The packaging states an age recommendation of 9 years and up. The interactive LEGO Super Mario figures such as Mario, Luigi and Peach shown on the box photo are sold separately and are not included with this set.
A fun building gift for young Super Mario fans who already have some experience with LEGO sets and enjoy re-enacting or displaying the game's universe in their room.
