Under licence from Games Workshop, JoyToy makes pre-assembled, poseable figures from the Warhammer 40,000 universe at 1/18 scale. This is Grand Master Voldus, grand master of the Grey Knights: silver-grey Terminator armour, a red cloak, a white tabard with a red skull motif, and purity seals and gold relief work all over him.
The box holds the figure itself, his hammer, a book and a spare pair of hands so he can take his weapons differently. The figure is made of ABS and PVC and arrives painted and assembled - there is nothing to build and nothing to paint.
JoyToy gives this range an age of 15 years and over. That matches what these figures are made for: standing on a shelf or in a display case, posed beside other 1/18 figures from the same series, and filling out a Warhammer player's tabletop scene.
A targeted gift for someone who follows Warhammer 40,000, and above all for anyone who plays or collects the Grey Knights.
