Gonher makes this classic cowboy revolver in Spain under the number 88/0. It is a Colt-like model in steel colour, with an engraved pattern on the frame and plastic grips that look like wood.
In play you swing the cylinder open, lay in an 8-shot ring of caps and close it again. Nothing comes out of the barrel - only a bang. That puts the revolver squarely in dressing-up play: cowboys and sheriffs, a western party in the garden, or a prop with a carnival costume.
The revolver measures 29 x 3.5 x 8.5 cm and is built from metal with plastic parts, which gives it a solid feel in the hand. Gonher supplies it in a cardboard box. The ring caps are not included and are bought separately.
A recognisable piece of kit for children who like playing cowboy, and at the same time the model adults reach for when there is a costume party.
