At the heart of the set is a round pizza that comes apart into slices and fits back together. The topping - salami, cheese and green pepper - is moulded into the dough, so nothing goes missing under the sofa. Your child runs the cutting wheel along the cut lines and lifts a slice onto the plate with the server.
Alongside it comes a whole table: a red carton of loose fries, two pieces of chicken on a plate, a bottle of ketchup and a bottle of mayonnaise, an ice cream with a green scoop in a cone, a cup of juice with a lid and a straw, a pizza menu card, a little cup of pie, and a knife, a fork and a spoon.
Everything is plastic and moulded to child size: a toy for pretending, not for eating. Your child bakes the pizza in the play kitchen, cuts it at the table and takes orders while doing it. The card helps with that, because it is the menu of the restaurant your child has just opened.
The box states 3+. With this many separate pieces, two children can work at it together, each with a job of their own. It suits a play kitchen or a toy shop that is already standing.
