The Nail Polish Lab turns on the question printed on the box: how do you make coloured nail polish and glitter polish? It comes with a small workbench that holds everything in place, along with a funnel, a spatula, a measuring beaker and bottles to fill.
You start from a nail polish base and add the colour yourself; the box shows purple and red. Want glitter, stir it in. Want something that glows in the dark, there is the fluorescent polish, which leaves your nails glowing green in the dark. Every mix is one you thought up yourself.
An illustrated guide comes with it and explains what happens while you mix, so it amounts to more than stirring. The box states 8+.
