Battleship Grab & Go is the portable version of the classic sea battle game, made by Hasbro Gaming. The box contains two fold-out 'battle cases' that serve as game board and as a screen against each other's glances, together with 10 ships (2 carriers, 2 destroyers, 2 cruisers, 2 submarines and 2 battleships), red and white pegs and a set of instructions.
On each turn, players call out coordinates to hunt for the opponent's fleet. A white peg means a miss, a red peg is a hit. Whoever sinks the opponent's entire fleet first wins. Because each player has their own closed case, you never see where your opponent's ships are placed.
Thanks to its small, foldable size, this game is ideal to take along on trips, to the grandparents' or just for the road. The box states an age recommendation from 7 years and the game is for 2 players; the parts must be assembled by an adult.
A fun gift for children who enjoy strategy games and a nice addition to any travel bag alongside the regular Battleship box at home.
