Crocodile Dentist, printed as Croc' Dentiste on this French-language box, is the classic Hasbro Gaming action game featuring a large green crocodile. Its jaws hold thirteen teeth, one of which is sore; pressing that tooth by accident makes the jaw snap shut.
Players take turns pushing in one tooth at a time. Usually nothing happens, but at an unpredictable moment the jaw snaps shut. Whoever still has a finger on a tooth at that point is out, and play simply continues for the rest.
The game is for 2 to 4 players and the box states ÂGE 4+; note that this is the French-language edition, identifiable by the title Croc' Dentiste and the French rules printed on the packaging. The box also carries a small-parts warning, not suitable under 3 years.
A fun, quick burst of suspense for the games table or for travel, and a nice gift for a young child who is just old enough to join in a board game.
