This is the travel version of Triominos, the classic tile game from Goliath. Instead of a cardboard box the game comes in a metal storage tin, so it can go into the bottom of a rucksack or the glovebox without a second thought.
The principle resembles dominoes, but with triangles. Each tile carries three numbers, one in every corner, and you can only lay it down when the numbers match along both touching edges. The first player to get rid of all their tiles scores points on top of whatever the others are left holding.
The tin holds 56 tiles, four racks to stand your tiles upright and the rules. Goliath gives the game as 2 to 4 players from 6 years.
A good choice for anyone often on the move. At a campsite, in the car or at a cafe table it is set up in a minute and packed away just as quickly.
