VTech Mon Imagier Bilingue - 100 Animaux is a talking, interactive picture book shaped like a sturdy plastic book with a carry handle. It has 12 laminated pages full of photos and illustrations of animals, from the farm to the savannah, the jungle and the polar regions.
Your child taps the pictures to hear the animal's name, in French or English, whichever they choose. There are three play modes - vocabulary, discovery and fun sounds - so the game grows along with what your child already knows. The star button plays one of six songs, three in French and three in English.
The book measures roughly 30 x 27.9 x 6.5 cm and weighs about 1 kg. It runs on 2 AA batteries and switches off automatically. The text and buttons on the toy itself are in French and English.
A fun gift for a toddler or young child learning French and English animal names through play, especially for families where both languages are spoken.
