The VTech Dierenvriendjes Trappelpiano is a soft play mat with a music bar above it, designed for baby to explore while lying down. The mat features five padded piano keys, each showing an animal musician: a cow with a guitar, a dog with drums, a cat with a xylophone, a fox with a wind instrument and a turtle with a rattle.
As soon as baby kicks a key with their feet, music plays and the bar lights up, so kicking and hearing come together instantly. Above the keys are extra figures to discover: a bunny with a light-up heart, an owl in a little tree, a balloon-shaped button and a sun that lights up. A small mirror is attached to the side where baby can look at themselves.
The play mat is designed for the very youngest babies and is placed on the floor, so baby can play on their back or tummy with the colourful animal friends within reach. Volume can be adjusted using a slider on the bar.
