The blister holds a black scratch sheet and a scratch stick. The sheet is printed with a racing car in white outlines, against a background of green arrows, and carries the Disney/Pixar copyright. Under the black layer is a shiny rainbow-coloured foil that only appears where you scratch.
Children follow the white lines with the stick and watch the car light up by itself. They can also scratch whole areas away for a brightly coloured background, or add their own race number and road markings. The black dust that comes loose brushes straight off the table.
The front of the card carries the Disney Pixar Cars logo and two small drawings showing how the scratching works. There is a hanging hole at the top, so the card hangs straight onto a parcel or lies flat in a gift bag.
Something to take along for a journey, for the waiting room or for a rainy afternoon, and a small present for anyone who loves Cars.
