Anyone who knows Sonic the Hedgehog will recognise all three scenes at once. The Clementoni box holds three separate jigsaw puzzles of 48 pieces each: on the largest print Sonic runs through a green hill landscape with blocks and a waterfall, the second shows him at full speed next to Knuckles, and on the third he faces Dr. Eggman in his factory.
The pictures come from the game world children know from the screen. The three scenes differ enough in colour - green, red, dark - to keep the pieces apart once they get mixed up, and 48 pieces per puzzle stays manageable.
Each finished puzzle measures 21 x 20.5 cm. The box belongs to the Super Color range and carries a 5+ roundel.
A good present for a child who already knows Sonic from the games or the films, and a way to spend time with him away from a screen.
