The Justice League gathers in mid-air on this 500-piece jigsaw. Green Lantern stands at the front, arm outstretched, a bright green beam from his ring cutting right across the image. Behind and beside him you can see Superman, Cyborg, Wonder Woman, Batman, The Flash and Aquaman.
The background is deep purple with stars and orange streaks of lightning, a good deal darker than most superhero artwork. That makes the assembly tougher: the figures themselves are easy to tell apart by colour, but the sky around them takes time.
The size is printed on the box: assembled, the puzzle measures 36 × 49 cm. A poster of the image is included to lay beside you while you puzzle. This is Clementoni's compact box, and the puzzle is made in Italy.
A gift for anyone who grew up with the DC heroes, and once assembled, a print that can go on the wall right away thanks to the poster.
