Impossible is Clementoni's difficult series, and this Disney emoji lives up to the name. The image consists of dozens of round badges lying jumbled on a wooden surface: Mickey, Minnie, Dumbo, Winnie the Pooh, Stitch, Cinderella, Maleficent, the Cheshire Cat and a good many other faces, with blank, mirroring badges in between.
That is exactly what makes it hard. The pieces resemble one another, almost every shape in the image is round and the same colours keep coming back, so you work from shape and small details rather than from large areas. Do not count on this being an evening's work.
The box holds 1000 pieces. Assembled, the puzzle measures 70 × 50 cm, and a poster of the image is included - with this series that poster is no luxury.
A gift for a practised puzzler with a soft spot for Disney, someone who rather likes it when it does not work straight away.
