This Nenuco does not come alone. The 35 cm doll is accompanied by a whole collection of care items with which a child plays doctor or nurse: taking a temperature, running a test, giving an injection and sticking on plasters.
The set contains, among other things, a thermometer that really lights up, a 'Nenuco Test' that shows either a red or a green face at random, a syringe, a bottle of pretend syrup with a little spoon, sheets of coloured plasters, a vaccination card and a fabric pouch to keep that card in.
The doll itself has a hard body and wears a mint-green dress with hearts over a pink top. The clothes come off and can go in the wash, and the doll can drink water. Famosa gives the age as from 3 years.
Caring play is often exactly what children re-enact after a visit to the doctor: they do to the doll what was done to them. A gift for a child who already plays with dolls and likes inventing a story around them.
