This is the magnetic drawing board from Peppa Pig, made by Giochi Preziosi. The packaging calls it a magnetic travel drawing board, and that is exactly what it is built for: the board is kept compact and has a handle at the top, so a child can carry it along in the car, on the train or in a bag.
You draw with the pen that belongs to it, which rests in a holder at the top of the board. Shaped stamps are set into the frame, among them Peppa's head, to press figures into the drawing area. The box sums it up in three words: draw, stamp, erase.
Because the board works magnetically, it needs no ink, no paper and no batteries. What you draw is there straight away, and afterwards one sweep wipes the drawing area clear to start over. The packaging carries an age marking of 3+.
A classic take-along toy for a Peppa Pig fan: a good little present for a journey, or one to keep in the bag for the moments when there is waiting to be done.
