This is Monopoly in travel format: the same game of buying streets, building houses and collecting rent, but in a small box you take with you. The packaging calls it the property game for fast negotiators, and the game is in Dutch.
In the box are a game board with stickers, 4 plastic tokens, Monopoly money, dice, houses and hotels, the title deed, Chance and Community Chest cards, and the rules. The board has to be put together first and the stickers applied; the box states explicitly that an adult does that.
You play with 2 to 4 players, as it says on the packaging, and from 8 years is printed there too. Anyone who knows ordinary Monopoly has nothing to learn: the rules are the same, everything is just smaller.
Handy for the suitcase, the holiday house, the train or at the grandparents'. And the price makes it an easy gift for someone who already has the full-size board.
