Before you fill an above-ground pool or a spa, it pays to put something underneath. This Bestway set contains nine tiles of 50 x 50 cm that cover roughly 2.25 m² together - so you get the whole series, not a single tile.
The tiles are made of sturdy polyethylene and have a puzzle edge on all four sides. You click them together into one continuous surface. If your pool is larger than 2.25 m², simply lay a second set alongside: the system is meant to be extended.
What they do is keep twigs, small stones and bumps away from the floor of your pool, while sparing the grass or paving underneath. Bestway lists them for a swimming pool as well as for a whirlpool.
Handy under a round or rectangular above-ground pool and under a Lay-Z-Spa. The tiles are grey and, once the season is over, sit in the shed as a flat stack of about 52 x 52 cm.
