This Dinosaur Planet set has the most striking figure in the range: a large red-brown dinosaur with a wide neck frill in yellow and red, jaws open, standing on a clear support. With it come a green stegosaurus with dark red plates along its back, a dark green raptor, a rock formation with an egg a hatchling is breaking out of, and two palm trees.
The packaging reads LIGHT SOUND ACTION and DINOSAUR ROAR: the set works with light and sound, and a battery symbol is printed on the box. Two actions are pictured on the box flaps, ROAR SHAKE and WIND UP WALKING.
Three very different dinosaurs in one box hand out the roles straight away: the big one with the frill, the armoured plant eater and the fast hunter. The rock, the egg and the palm trees turn it into a landscape your child lays out differently every time. All the figures are painted separately, with skin folds, plates, teeth and claws in the detail.
