Playmobil City Life 71328 Gym Extension is an add-on set that connects to the large school (set 71327, sold separately), but can also be played with on its own. The box contains 72 parts and 3 Playmobil figures, and the space is fitted out as a real gym hall with a climbing ladder, rings, a balance beam and several gym mats.
Within the play set, a child can have the figures do sport: shooting basketballs through the hoop with its functional base, playing football towards the mini goal, or playing tennis with the included rackets and ball. A course with cones, slalom poles and a walking plank is also part of the set, along with a crate, cups and a water bottle for between exercises.
The whole set is designed for role play around sport and school: children build up the gym hall, set up the different corners and decide for themselves which lessons are on the schedule that day. The box states an age range of 4 to 10 years.
Because the set connects to set 71327 but also works on its own, it makes a nice gift for children who already collect Playmobil City Life or are just starting their own school world.
