The Nail Art Studio is the largest piece in this Crazy Chic Beauty range from Clementoni. On the pink base unit stands a turquoise drying module with a vent grille for the hand to go under, next to it a tray for the glitter and holders for the bottles of polish. A black and pink handpiece hangs from a cable and is what puts the glitter on.
Paint, glitter on top, hand under the dryer: each of the three steps has its own place on the unit, and the box shows them as separate badges too - Sticker, Glitter, Nail Dryer. Besides the unit itself, Clementoni lists Crazy Chic nail polish, coloured glitter and nail stickers.
Clementoni gives the set from 6 years and states that batteries are needed - worth checking those in advance. The box is a big one: roughly 45.4 by 31.7 by 7.5 cm and a little over a kilo.
This is the present for a child who has been using nail polish for a while and wants something alongside it that does more than a bottle. Its size and price make it a main birthday present rather than a small extra.
