Twelve JOVI felt-tips in a card wallet, from yellow and orange through the blues and greens to brown, grey and black. On the front of the box all the tips are lined up behind a window, with 'x12' large in the corner.
With twelve colours a drawing really gets going. The box shows where that leads: a row of houses, a clock tower, a little car, a bicycle. The pens have a triangular grip, so small fingers hold them properly of their own accord.
The tip is 3.0 mm across, broad enough to colour in an area and still fine enough for a line. The ink is water-based and washes out of textiles with water. According to the box, a pen left lying without its cap does not dry out for up to 96 hours, which comes in useful at a drawing table with children around it.
Twelve is the size most families settle on: enough colour for any drawing, small enough for the school bag. The box states from 3 years. A pleasant little present alongside a drawing pad or a colouring book.
