Barbie Getaway House is a foldable dollhouse from Mattel with 4 play areas: a kitchen with a pull-out table, a bathroom, a loft bedroom, and a cosy corner for movie and game nights. The box includes one Barbie doll and 11 decor accessories, such as dishes, 2 chairs, a towel and a blanket.
Folding and unfolding is part of the play: the house collapses into a compact shape and opens out to a house of about 66+ cm x 43+ cm (2+ x 1+ ft) with play spots on every side. Kids can invent a new scene each time, from making breakfast to a sleepover with friends.
The other Barbie dolls shown on the box photo are not included; only the blonde Barbie doll from this set comes with the playset. Anyone wanting to expand the collection can buy extra dolls separately.
With its many play corners and included doll, this is a fun gift for children from 3 years who enjoy dollhouse roleplay.
