The Super Soaker XP30 runs on air pressure, like the Super Soakers of old. The tank unscrews from the blaster, you fill it with water and screw it back on. Then you pump air into the tank with the grip until there is pressure on it.
The difference from an ordinary squirt gun shows at the trigger. It does not give one squirt per pull, but a continuous stream for as long as the pressure lasts. The tank holds about 0.26 litres of water, a compact size, so you pump and refill more often than with the bigger models.
Good for the garden, at a paddling pool or just on a warm day out in the street. The blaster is light enough to hold in one hand while you pump with the other, and because the tank comes off, you can refill it under the tap without carrying the whole thing over. Orange with a green tank, as in the photo.
